I have been involved in sports and fitness for many years, and enjoy working with people of all fitness levels. I have challenged myself to many sports ranging from dance and gymnatics, to softball and diving. After being a gymnast for 10 years, I learned many important life ,which guided me in discovering my interest in the sports and fitness industry. I have 3 years of experience as a personal fitness trainer and 8 years of Gymnastics coaching experience.
I truely enjoy training others to become fit and to live a healthy lifesyle. I am certified by International Fitness Professional Association, and also carry a CPR First Aid certification as well. I served in the United States Army for 3 years, ranking as a Specialist in the California Army

D. Tran started weight training back in high school for the sports he played. He played multiple years of football, basketball, and volleyball. He has not always been in top shape either. At the heaviest point of his life, he weighed in at 225 lbs during his Junior year in high school. After he graduated, he knew that he needed to change his life-style in order to enjoy all the things life had to offer. After going through various training, he now weighs 160 lbs and is in the best shape of his life. He knows the level of commitment and what it takes to go through the whole process.
Because of the weight loss, his life changed completely and he became inspired to help others achieve their goals for a healthier lifestyle as well. Wanting to follow his passion for fitness, he decided to make a career change and became nationally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Kaley has been with OC Life Fitness since its inception. Specializing in core balance and strength training, Kaley has helped clients with their diet and weight loss goals for many years. Kaley began her career as an Irvine personal trainer in 2003.
Most of her clients originated in Irvine where she grew up but over time her clients list includes personal training for the cities of Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Lake Forest, and Ladera Ranch. Kaley also provides personal trainer services for select clients in Los Angeles/Hollywood.

I trained with Danny for several months, and he is a great personal trainer. He definitely knows what he’s talking about. He tells you what parts of your muscles that you’re working out. He also pushes you to your maximal limits! He pushes you to the furthest you can go without hurting, straining, or pulling anything.
