I trained with Danny a couple of times, and he is a great personal trainer. He definitely knows what he’s talking about. He tells you what parts of your muscles that you’re working out. He also pushes you to your maximal limits! He pushes you to the furthest you can go without hurting, straining, or pulling anything. He likes to make you feel comfortable in front of him, and he’s even funny too. He's a great trainer and if you don't hire him then you won't get into shape the way you want.

As a former high school wrestler and a competitive ice hockey player, I was looking for a high intensity, off-ice workout to keep in shape during the off-season. In a couple of sessions with Danny, I was able to vastly improve my strength, balance and conditioning far beyond anything team training could offer. With his knowledge and energy, I could accomplish goals pertaining to MY strength and weight. The variety of exercises and workouts keep the body guessing and he places emphasis on form and flexion of every muscle of the body. I lost inches off my waist and my arms look better than ever! When I was introduced to Danny, I was a hesitant to try the workout because trainers in the past have never produced me the results I desired. I've trained with Danny for 5 months and I'm astonished at the results. Being overweight for as long as I can remember, I wasn't too confident that even having a personal trainer would help in losing weight.

After the first session, I realized how bad of shape I was in. Danny laid out a plan for me and with his guidance plus dedication, I lost over 20lbs within the first 6 weeks and went from a 38 inch waist to a 33 inch! I couldn't believe my eyes. Not only does he keep you motivated and focused on your goals but most importantly, he understands your own needs and pushes you beyond your limits at your own rate. He knows that everyone is different and require different methods in achieving their goals.

Are you satisfied with your training with Danny?
Absolutely! Danny has taught me how to eat properly and exercise to achieve my desired goals. He has helped me to overcome my gym intimidation, which had previously prevented me from reaching my goals. Not only did Danny make training comfortable, but he also exceeded my expectations and made it fun and painless by switching up exercises on a regular basis as well as through conversation.

How much weight and body fat have you lost?
I have lost 10 pounds while working with Danny. My initial weight was 124 lbs. and my current weight is 114 lbs. I lost a total of 8% body fat

Would you recommend Danny to your friends?
Definitely. I've had awesome training with Danny and would recommend him to all my friends and family. I've actually recommended him another client who's signed up with him and is enjoying the benefits of his training.

What was your most memorable moment in training?
There are several memorable moments that I feel captured my training with you so I'll include them all and you can choose whichever you'd like to post on your site.
I definitely feel that the one time the other trainer (some bodybuilder) questioned what you were putting me on that had enabled me to get my great results was definitely memorable. I don't know if you recall this but it definitely made me feel that raining with you was totally worthwhile. To hear you rooting for me and saying that I'm making some progress or family members saying, "wow, you've lost some weight" is one thing, but to hear it from another professional trainer, regardless of who it was, just made me feel like wow, others are noticing...and not just ordinary people. I guess it just validated both our hard work and goes to show that your training skills are great! You know how to help people achieve their goals and you've definitely changed the way I approach food and the gym. Other memorable moments that are trivial but is unique to training with you would be the Carlos stories, Carlos part II, and you saying "squeeze your butt or else no one will!"

What was your favorite exercise?
That's hard to say because they were all so much harder than they looked, but I'd have to say doing the lunges outside, where I worked both my arms and lets (not just plain lunges, but the ones where you push the barbells above your head and work out your arms). When I would get to the top of the hill, I'd be exhausted and my legs would be burning, but it felt so refreshing knowing that I just burnt a lot of calories and am pushing myself to the max. It's hard to do this exercise at a regular gym because of the space confinement so getting to do it at a private gym is another perk about personal training - it's flexible and you can do just about anything you want to meet your goals.

What is the best aspect of Danny the trainer?
The best aspect of Danny is how he makes you forget you're at the gym and working out. You may be sweating like crazy and your legs may be ready to give in because of the five extra squats he threw in, but the conversations and his encouraging words just made you laugh it off and forget about the pain.

What makes Danny different from other trainers?
What distinguishes Danny from other trainers is how he listens to you and molds his training to help you achieve your goals. Training was initially very uncomfortable for me because I feared going to the gym. However, Danny took this into consideration and gradually helped me overcome my gym intimidation through small steps. Initially he would walk me to the weight area and select my weights for me while I watched from behind, but soon I was able to do it by myself. Just like when I first started training, I hadn't the slightest clue how to workout and now I am self-sufficient at the gym, and can plan my own workouts. Danny doesn't make you feel inferior like other trainers might by standing there and looking unapproachable but is rather extremely encouraging and supportive.

I have always been an active person. I played multiple sports, worked out at the gym on a daily basis, and ate somewhat healthy. Although I went to the gym often, I never really had a game plan. On usual days, I would just lift weights just like everybody else. Even though I didn't know much about working out, I had an interest in it.

I began training with Danny because I wanted to become physically fit in order to become a firefighter and also just to gain knowledge in how to "work out". Danny is very motivational and even though the workouts are extremely painful, just the thought of it being beneficial to you and your body makes you want to keep coming back.

He is very knowledgeable and whether it is workout based or nutrition- based, he has the answers to every question I ask. If you give him an image of how you want to look, he will make you look like the image just as long as you listen to what he says. I have trained with him for roughly 6 months and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend Danny to be your personal trainer.

Before training with Danny, I was probably in the worst shape than I have ever been. I've wanted to start being active in the gym but didn't want to start on my own without having any knowledge as to how to gain muscle mass and dieting healthy.

I've been training with him for a solid 6 months and he is hands down probably the best trainer I will ever come across. He offers methods to keep you in shape with endless workout methods that are fun and exciting, as to doing the same thing everyday at the gym on your own. In 6 months I've reached my goal weight and surpassed it with gaining a lot of muscle mass.

I have always been a fit person but I never could take my body to the next level. I decided to try Danny’s workout and I realized that the training methods learned in bodybuilding magazines were not always the most effective in developing a great body. Danny brought to my attention the vagueness of bodybuilding magazines by customizing workouts that targeted my problem areas.
